We have never missed a payment in 11 months and they will not raise our puny $300 limit. What am I doing wrong here. Everytime I call they say it is automatic and they cannot just raise it over the phone. How can I get this card up and get them to waive the annual fee which turns over in a month?
I you are talking about Providian, you may not have much luck. They have tightened their standards lately. It's not you it is that they are in trouble.
