I called their retention department on Tuesday and did not take any offer that was offer and the rep told me if I change my mond I could call be to see if that or any other offer was available to me I call back in 2 days talked to another rep and explain what was told to me on Tuesday and the rep told me that offer is not good anymore I would have to call back in 30 days to take up on the offer again. I think that is the most craziest policy. I think I'm going to wait until I get an offer through the mail instead of calling them back asking for what is offer to me.
