Those a**es have had their site down since thursday(tried to login about 2x a day over the weekend) due to maintenance on the website. Finally go in to make a payment today it's back up. Guess they had to install their "customer friendly" options on the payment page. There's now a $12.95 fee to have payments made on the day you submit it - where it used to cost nothing and post as long as you made the payment by 4pm. Now, you can make a payment and they won't even process it until the very next day w/o paying that fee. Fortunately, my payment wasn't due til the 15th of next month, but I'm not taking any chances with these jokers. It's definitely a sock drawer card. I'm surprised they haven't decreased my limit yet. My last payment was November '02
