    okay all your litigators....
i am suing ca. do i have to prove damages to for violaitons to fcra. how do i do that if the rest of my report looks like crap...?

these are medical collections less that 200 about 1 year old. because they are so recent they are really brining down my scores.

i have applied for credit and been denied but i am sure that if it goes to court ( i am proposing a settlement) they can probably access my cr and use it against me.

does it help that i have no other recent negs?

Are you suing CA for violating FCRA or FDCPA??

$1,000 each violation of the FDCPA...

I am actually suing under both, but the fcra damages have better paper trail. but i have them on fdcpa violations also.
max i can sue for in small claims in 3k

More important is for the account to be DELETED if you want that or CORRECTED...

You might not even get any money...

basically, that is what i want "deletion" plus $500. (that will be in the settlment letter)

It MAY be cheaper for them to DELETE and send you a check...

    GOOD LUCK...
