Well, since I publicly expressed my displeasure with the way MBNA handled a request from me to delete some delinquencies off my report, I think it is only fair for me to now report that after a follow-up letter to the CEO, a very nice woman called and let me know that my request would be granted. I LUUUUUUUUUUV MBNA!!!
