Psychdoc, Maybe a stupid question. On this nutcase letter, is it ok to substitute something else for a utility bill, such as a copy of a credit card bill?
Hi, sorry I missed this message. As for substitutions, sure -- anything that will confirm your address. Basically you're saying (through your actions), "Yeah, I know all about your primary stalling technique -- asking for identifying information, etc., but guess what. I'm not afraid of you, nor will I let you stall, nor am I afraid to confirm who I am, nor am I afraid to sign this letter. Now... it will be in your best interest to address my concerns." Doc
