I'm having serious problems with Experian. Whenever I call they tell me that I have to speak with a supervisor and I always get her voicemail? Also, can u pls. tell me which FCRA law(s) they are violating? 1. Refusal to accept disputes and claims that I am entitled to two disputes a year. 2. I contacted the OC and the mail is returned to me "undeliverable". I have informed Experian of this but they still refuse to initiate a dispute stating that they have already disputed it three times. 3. I cannot use Experian.com. I have been told to send copies (utility bill, paycheck, blah, blah). I have sent it CRRR and have received the green card and still cannot access. 4. CSR at Experian has informed me that according to NYS law they have to enter a statement for me "Consumer disputes account". What law is this? 5. What law states that Student loans can enter multiple times for one loan? I am planning to file claims with the FTC, AG and BBB but I've tried reading the FCRA and find it quite lengthy and I was wondering if any of you can tell me which laws have been violated. Thank
Call (800)322-3162. Dial "2" to skip the California Disclosures. Then ask for Mr. Rick Haas. An Extremely helpful and reasonable man, sez me. Now. Do I get a turban? A Tee-shirt that says "Call Me Bagwan"? Greg Fisher will probably offer me some KoolAid...
