I have been reading on flyertalk.com and have been trying to figure it out. Which one is easier to redeem points with as far as using your 25,000pts to fly when you want to? Say, I wanted to make reservations for a flight 2 months in advance using my points, would there be a benefit of having one over the other? Thanks.

300 days out in "MOST" cases is RECOMMENDED...two weeks to two months out...YOU CAN ALMOST FORGET IT!!! NO SEATS AVAILABLE!!!

F.Y.I.~~IN MOST CASES...5 "FREE" SEATS PER PLANE

    YMMV

LAX has a lot going to everywhere but AA flies straight into nashville whereas delta has 2 to 3 stops or layovers, so I think AA may be better since my parents are moving to tenessee and I live in LA that will be my most common route.
