Pulaski bank offers one of the lowest APR's in the country (they are in Arkansas).. I applied for their Gold Mastercard. Currently the rate adverstised on their website is 6.50 APR, at the time I applied two months ago it was 7.99%. Of any credit card companies, they were extremely thorough.. They called me to verify info., called my employer, and multiple other verification steps. I didn't think I would have a problem because I have excellent credit (FICO: 784).. I finallly received the card after 2 months after applying. It's worth it.. my terms are 7.99% APR fixed on BOTH Purchases and CASH ADVANCES.
