hi yall, I am getting giving you update on what going on. We talked to the real owner today. We talked for couple hours and I saw his deed notarize etc. Apperantly, his partner been scamming people using his property as bait. The real owner didnt know what was going on because he been out of country. Before he left, he instructed his partner to find a lease purchaser. When he got back police has at his door, because his partner was taking money from everyone. Well, After hearing this news, he says sorry, but we dont have to move out. Since he saw all the work we did on house. We will deal with him directly for now on. But, Today he got a foreclouse notice. The owner told us not to pay another dime to him or his partner. But if we could save up to get property out of foreclouse, he will work out a deal to sign the deed over to us. note: His partner is about to go to jail. Everyone is pressing charges on him and the owner want to distance himself from him. So what do We do? I wish the downpayment we gave to the owner partner would of went to mortage which It didnt or the house wouldnt be in foreclosure.
