Does anyone have the address or fax number of the compliance department at Risk Management Alternatives? Does anyone know the association of Purchased Paper LLC and RMA? I have sent previous letters to their main address on Sweethome Rd. but have yet to get anywhere. I'd like to send an intent to sue letter and they always seem to be acted upon more quickly when you send them to the compliance dept and they realize you have a valid cause of action. I have 2 addresses on a dunning letter: 2420 Sweethome Rd STE 150 Amherst, NY 14228-9516 and PO Box 105610 Atlanta, GA 30348 I was hoping to find someone who has "inside" info about their compliance dept or contact information for anyone who has been helpful in the past [if there is such a person at a CA ]. I am trying to settle a debt that is beyond the SOL. I have not sent the verification as of yet. It is such a small amount that I think a settlement offer would be the quickest way to take care of it. However, the minimum wage agents they have answering the phones have no idea what a SOL is and have been turned into robots that only know 3 questions; when are you sending a check, are you going to pay, and can you send a money order.
