Will someone please tell me why I should have a credit card if I can't use it? What's the point? Why have credit cards if you can't use them? Because everything I'm reading says you have to keep your balances below 35% for a good credit score. Well what's the point in having a good score if you can't even use the credit you get from having the good score in the first place? This just seems ridiculous!!!!!

No one says you can't use a card. The trick is, to use it wisely.
Many of us use cards for the cashback feature. We charge monthly expenses and write one check monthly as opposed to 10 or 12. Others use low interest rate cc to pay off higher interest rate debt.
When you travel, cc are a convenience.
The problem though is many people {and I'm a reformed sinner} tend to use a cc to finance a lifestyle that they can't afford. When you complain about low limit cards that are near maxxed out, you are not handling the credit you have well at all. The only cards you'll get with that credit profile will come with high interest rates because lenders see a very real risk in your behavior and will demand to be compensated for that risk.
In a post below, you said something about this being a game. You are correct. It is a game. The problem for youseems to be you haven't discovered how to play the game very well. Have some patience. Pay those cards down with the goal of paying them off. Soon enough, prime lenders will start to extend higher credit limits and better terms to you.

I use credit cards to SAVE MONEY$$$$

    I pay some in full...

I have 2 at 0.00%...MAXED...will pay in full before they charge interest...

Have some for BT'S...9.99% and under...(MOST UNDER 5.99%)

    I DON'T LIVE BY A 35% RULE...

I use checks to pay bill through the mail (the ones I can't do by phone or on-line)...

I DON'T USE CASH...TOO EXPENSIVE TO USE AND GET...(except pocket change...for PEPSI MACHINE).
