As the majority of sub-prime/secured credit card issuers do not grant cards to Wisconsin residents, I'm curious what cards other residents hold. Currently I have an account with Orchard bank, recently applied for one with DMB, and previously had one with Capital One. Are these about the only options out there or have I overlooked some banks? I know Providian/Aria aren't available here.... Try: FCNB (http://www.fcnb.com) -->GOOD CARD Chase, Citibank, Bank One, Amalgamated all offer here. Also, Wells Fargo & Firstar (Elan) have secured programs. Try: http://www.bankrate.com and you can search for secured cards by state. Good luck!
