Isn't a company required to disclose the CRA they used on the denial letter?

    They letter says:
Thank you ............We have given your application individual attention and have made every attempt to approve it...................................This decision was based on information obtained from your application. If you have any additional information that would allow us to reconsider our decision please write to us.....................

on the back in fine print it says:
our credit decision was based in whole or in part on information obtained in a report from the consumer reporting agency listed on this letter.

If they pulled a report, they are required to say which one...

    Maybe they NEVER did...

If they say in the "FINE PRINT" household income MUST be $15,000+ and you put $12,000 you failed, so they didn't pull...

    Just guessing...
