Like others on this board, I regret to report problems with Qspace: The online report I received tonight was a duplicate of the report I received last month. The credit score Qspace provided tonight also was a duplicate that had been based on last month's credit report. It even carried the date of the report I purchased last month. Clearly, there are some bugs in the system. I sent an email to try to get a refund. We'll see how it goes. Be cautious when ordering from Qspace. There appears to be a glitch that causes the system to retrieve old reports or at least outdated reports.
Good Luck, I sent them THREE emails demanding a refund. I have my current Equifax report and the Qspace report seems to be about 2 months old. If they do not respond to my concerns than I am going to dispute these charges on my credit card and tell EVERYONE I know to stay clear of them. Mom
