Has anyone tried QSpace's trimerged report. They offer it online at www.realtor.com. I was just wondering how accurate it was (if it was at all). Thanks in advance. Dani
Accurate? They pull the info from the national CRAs directly or indirectly, so it should be exactly the same records. If not, then they are looking for a lawsuit, especially if a lender uses the same report for a credit decision. You don't get scores btw.
No, they are not a repository of records. They are just a 3rd party making money by merging the three national CRA reports into one. So if Experian has 3 errors, then the Qspace will have the same 3 errors. They pull the reports straight from the national CRAs or their regional counterparts when you request the report and work their magic to hopefully merge the 3 reports into one accurate report.
