George, your post prompted me to give MBNA Quantum a rate reduction call--I was at 11.99 and was offered at first 10.99 and I asked is the the lowest they could offer and was finally offered 9.99--Thanks George
George, They increased my limit without hard inquiry on both of my cards: Quantum Select Rewards Card and Elite Rewards Visa. Call them why they haven't increased your limit for last six yrs. They have been increased limit for a couple of times since 99. Ron.

Saar, You called their rate dept to request lower rate for your MBNA. They're going to review account whether you're qualify or not. 9.9% is the lowest rate they have and I got 9.9% for both of my Quantum and Elite Rewards card. The rate dept is (800)336-2974. Ron.
