   What are the benefits of upgrading from Plat Plus to Quantum? I called and it seems the apr is the same, no annual fee (apr 13.99). I think the only difference is no charge for atm/bank withdrawal. Appreciate your feedback. They said it will take 4 weeks for me to receive card. Does anyone know how it looks?
