Generations Bank has passed over its hidden cc portfolio to Elan Financial - who report to all 3 cras. HOWEVER - according to their web site - you can apply for a personal line of credit - as low as 9.9% apr - just like cc terms - and - I'm pretty sure it will be hidden. Any thoughts?
