Okay..I simply do not understand this score. CREDITXPERT tells me that my score is 578!!!!! They said I: In the past 2 years, you have missed 3 consecutive payments 12 time(s) WHERE DID THEY GET THIS INFO?!?! IT IS TOTALLY FALSE! I have checked all three bureaus directly. We have not had any lates in several years. According to the three site my Equifax score is 672. The Transunion and Experian scores are 644. Why is the CreditXPERT saying that we were late 3 consecutive times??? I have been over the reports many times and that information is NOT on the reports. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS SCORING METHOD..OH AND BY THE WAY I GOT THIS SCORE FROM THE ELOAN SITE.
I had a similar problem with Eloan and I believe so did Christi. I emailed them and they told me basically that their information was correct, blah, blah, blah. I explained that no, it wasn't - I have all 3 of my reports and I wasn't late on anything.. and they don't care that they are getting and giving incorrect information. Eloan is a waste of time, imho. Well, I had 2 90 day lates back in 1997. Could that be what they are referring to? If so, why do they say within the last 2 years??
At least for me, this isn't right - never had any collection accounts. I think their site is just screwed up. Ozzy.
Let me show you what they say about mine in the same paragraph: Including this last reported month, you have NOT missed three consecutive payments on a credit card. Last reported month, you missed at least one payment on 14 account(s). You have 10 revolving account(s) listed in your credit report. So I have NOT misse any payments, but last month I missed one payment on 14 accounts, but I only have 10 accounts. Hmmmmmmm
