They still have not reported to any CRA after nearly 5 months. If I close them, will they still show up on my reports sometime down the road?

Probably. They just take a long time to report. Why do you want to close it? They have been very good to me - regular increases, lowered interest rates, no games. I am watching them closely right now because of their situation, but still, all in all, they have been one of my favorite cards.

What situation are you referring to. Are they being bought out?

DMB has been great to me! I've always gotten CL increases every six months. My APR is down to 9.9% - without ever asking for a decrease. They have a reliable website as well.

They take awhile to report... but, once they start reporting, they catch up to the current billing cycle, at least in my experience.

What problems are they having????? Please tell me they are not another Nextcard!

No problems with them, but just the fact that they failed to report after so many months is bothering me. I stopped using all my other cards and charged everything only on DMB ever since I got the card. I sure hope they report soon because it feels like I wasted 4 months of perfect, full-balance payments on charges in excess of $5k during that time.

No more of a "situation" than any of the card issuers who have issued sub-prime cards. So far, no, not another Nextcard...

I think there have been some posts on here about them. Search for DMB and see what pops up. :)
