I have a collection account that when it was first put on my CR stated:

    Date Reported: 11/2002
    Date Assigned: 9/2002
    Last Activity: 4/2002

Since disputing this collection with the CRA it now states:

    Date Reported 6/2003
    Date Assigned: 9/2002
    Last Activity: 4/2002

What is it the the Mortgage Lenders look at when applying for an FHA Loan in regards to the "NO, collections or judgements within the last 12 months" rule??

The "Date Reported" is the last time the account was updated by the company reporting it. Prior to your dispute, the last time they updated it was 11/02. Since your dispute requires them to remove or update it, the new date of 6/03 is the latest "Date Reported". This date changes. The "Date Assigned" should not. The "Last Activity" should stay the same unless you make payments (and should never change unless you do).
