Thanks so much for the info Sassy! I'm not however finding the Whychat letter you are referring to but perhaps I'm just being dense (very possible).

I think I'm down with the fact that the CA has to provide my signature but can't due to HIPPA. I just need to know how I should be wording my next letter to them. All I'm really looking for is deletion. Would prefer not to go to court if at all possible.

Oh, and one thing I forgot to mention. While my initial request for validation and consequently my follow-up estoppel, I had disputes in at the CRA's (well, EQ and EX anyway....TU gave me that "your using a credit repair agency" crap...I'm still working on that one). So far EQ & EX have "verified" the CA account in question here, but the 30 day timer doesn't end until the Monday so it's not quite official yet per se.

I also have an update: The second CA account I had mentioned in this thread that I got a letter from saying "Sorry, we'll delete", has removed the tradelines from my CRA reports, but now TU has a tradeline from the OC on there in regards to this. There where NO tradelines on my reports from the OC on this account prior to my estoppel to the CA. What gives?

And lastly, go troll your godlike wisdom somewhere else dueprocess. I don't appreciate you hijacking my thread.

Sassy is right, use Why Chat's approach and get the OC to take this account away from the CA. After you read it a bit, feel free to ask us questions. Why Chat will come along and give some insight, I'm sure.

John is probably hurting for business, since he has such a high price tag on his product and has gone to MLM to sell it.

He will also have to sue everyone on the net, cause those validation letters are on every single free credit repair discussion board I know of, and Kristy might even have to sue him, since she has had them up for years, and published them in her book.

I also have a bunch in my briefcase on yahoo http://briefcase.yahoo.com/serenitybreeze. I got them at http://mix6.com/credit - so you can go after Michael also.

Why would you be selling validation letters, John? - that is not your technique for "removing" debt. Your theory is that there was never any money to begin with. I read it back when your stuff was free. Didn't like it them, don't like it now that you're selling it.

I'm so glad that you all are such experts. Good luck in court. Like I said before, I don't care that my work is plagiarized, my consultants and I give away documents from my course upon request via email everyday. I want to be given credit for my work and I think it's only fair that if you are publishing it, you know what you're talking about. I feel so much better now that you all are such experts, experts without money.

    Best regards,
    John Gliha

I knew I'd seen some reference to dueprocess around here. This is from a satisfied customer.

Regarding the debt termination program we have been discussing, here is a posting from a group that is complosed of people discussing the Gliha due process program. Messages like this come in many times a day from people telling their tales of woe.

    quote:
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was I that posted the message about the cival suit. I wanted to thank every one for their input and help. I just can't believe that first they charge off the debt and I have a copy of my credit report showing this and now they want to bring me into a cival court for something that if I were to try and collect from someone I had lent money to I would have to go to small claims court. How can they do this after they have written this off as a bad debt? Isn't that double dipping or something? I just don't get it. Would it be to my best interest to call them and plead my case with the lack of funds?

Some one told me that there is a statute of limitations on a debt, is there? I also want to know what will happen if I just do nothing, like not even show up? What if they get a judgement against me, how long dose it last? Can they attach my checking account? How dose that work? Dose the attachment just sit there until there is enough money to cover it or do they take out in little bits at a time or what? What about a small lot of unimproved land that I just bought?
Can they attach that? God I hate the jerk that sold me on that Due Process person. I wish he was in front of every judge out there getting his butt slapped around. I'm having a hard time with that guy also. He took our money and then ran off with it leaving us in the dust to fin for ourselves. I paid him for a total of 8 hours of legal aid help and I maybe got 1 hour of it.

    Thanks again for your help.

    John W.

I have a huge file folder of thank-you letters from the people I have helped. We see one of your "testimonial" letters above.

And as far as money goes - You have no idea how much money I have. However, I don't get mine from the people I am helping. They are usually already in so much financial trouble that they can't feed their families.

On this board, you can't just show up hawking you wares - others have tried the same method you did in your other post: a brief outline that sounds great, incomplete info, putting down the current system, and giving contact info. There is free help here, it works, it won't stop reposning, and we have the successful users of this sytem hanging around to help others down the path that they themselves have traveled.

We're no experts, John, that's the difference, we don't profess to be, you do.

So you keep saying you aren't soliciting, yet you are in a backhanded way. If you weren't soliciting you would have offered this poster some constructive advice.

So where is it????? This is your big chance to redeem yourself before I click on the alert button to summons Steve.

Let's see your advice, John, you are either interested in contributing to this discussion or soliciting, which is it? walk your talk!!!!!!!!!

I too used the Dueprocess Program.I can not believe that John Gilla has the nerve to post on this site.He sells you his program(books and CDs and legal help) then leaves you hanging. When you go to court using his methods (using arbitration for a motion to dismiss)the Judge tells you that he doesn't recognize the arbitrator and arbitration method and tells you to pay this debt. I too wish he was in front of every judge out there getting his butt slapped around.Ther used to be a good site on Yahoo called Dueprocess untill Gilla shut it down.I gues he didn't like all of the free information that was being passed around.

    awwwwwwww sorry about that park,

I've a hunch he's just here gathering information to use as an update and package it all up in a revised book.

That's what happens when you depend only on yourself and squash thinking, you stagnate!

John Gilda. the fellow who basically started the validation craze by publicizing it on the internet.

John Gliha, I'm glad you're here!

Like it or not Gliha is a legend in his own time. It's next to impossible to find his old books out there. How can you threaten him when know it or not you're using his materials. Knowing what he knows he could have this board shut down. But then again knowing what I know I'd have to slap him with a commercial lien YEEEHAAA. Just kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure he has his share of unhappy customers everyone does. You also have to realize there's several companies out there who've stolen his material and are running it like an MLM.

I think this board would benefit by being as open minded as possible to all ammunition that exists out there. Or maybe start another forum on Debt and Mortgage Cancellation so as not to confuse the issue. I also think starting a new credit file is a valuable tool. And there IS a way to do it legally, or should I say non-illegally.

As far as spamming goes, why don't people just put their web address in their sig. and then show everyone how valuble and sane they are. I just read a thread that got Bill Bauer banned again. Aint self-sabotage a bitch! Boy did his parents do a job on him! :)

    Re: Due Process R Valid

OK, I'm asking. What's the proper way to use a validation request?

Question two: What do you recommend I do IF I'm served? BTW, out of 30 charge-offs I was only sued twice so I tend to agree with your "only two will sue you" statement.

BTW, just by disputing it to the CRA's I'm down to only five bad trade-lines in Trans Union. Equifax and Experien about ten. One of the judgements came off to, but is of course still in public records.

Some um less than stellar CA's have been known to use your sig to forge onto documents. Most of us here use a script font from our computers. If I really feel I do want something with my real sig (sorta), I draw a line thru it, or print the first letter "J", which is not something I ever do.
