Wells fargo deleted all of their negative comments from my CR's. They sent me a letter saying they did. I checked and all were fine except Experian. It was listed as a positive item, paid never late, O balance, transferred to another lender, currently past due 1574.00. I called Experian and told the CSR that it was impossible to have a loan paid, never late and past due. I told him that if he couldn't fix it, to leave it alone since it was listed as a positive tradeline and I DID NOT want Wells Fargo anywhere near my CR again. He said it didn't make since, but that if they see something that could be wrong they legally have to dipute it. IS this true? I could fax them the letter from Wells Fargo but I remember them telling me they don't accept info from the consumer. Only the creditor. So I will probably have all of those lates put back on there because the employee that gets the dispute doesn't know my whole nightmare with Wells Fargo. At least I have the letter from them to start my battle again. It gets kind of frustrating at times. Kim
I have the same problem with a Texaco account paid/never late $201 past due. Its on the positive side, so I have basically decided to leave it alone.
"if they see something that could be wrong they legally have to dipute it" YEAH RIGHT!!!! Try telling that to the rest of the people who send disputes to Experian only to get them rejected.

Oh yeah, the EVIL EXP and their employees are such boyscouts, huh? Heaven fordid their conscience is placed at unease. Funny. Why don't you ask the EXP CSR why their sense or right and wrong doesn't come into play when they refuse to investigate, hide files, verify the unverifiable, etc. etc.??
Thought I'd give you the final results of the investigation started because the CSR at Experian had to ease his conscience. Remains. So I guess I should be happy that they didn't put all of Wells Fargo's erroneous 30 day lates back on, but I would love to hear their logic of how a lona can be paid/never late and currently past due $1574. I had this problem with my old Key Bank account with Experian too. I disputed it all the time and they said that Key Bank was reporting it that way. I let them know that it was fishy that KB was only reporting it that way to Experian and EQ & TU were correct. It was fixed the next day. I just don't want to raise flags with Wells. I've had too many nighmares with them. Kim
