If I send an ITS letter to the parking authority regarding a collection on my record regarding tickets that are not mine (plate doesn't match up with plates on my car) - am I in danger of having them report it to Experian and Equifax? It's only on TransUnion right now and I'd hate to have an invalid debt on three credit reports instead of just one.
