When you initiate a dispute thru EX's website, and you receive the email that your results are ready, you're able to view them instantly online, however, do they also mail these updates to you? -I'm talking major things like collections acc. deleted, late pays removed, etc... I know it shouldn't make a difference because reports can change like the wind, I'd just like to have it writing in case I need it in the future.
I remember seeing a link to send out to all creditors who requested your file and another link for something. I was so excited on my updates I did not check out any links.
Can you tell me how to dispute online with them? I can't find my way through their maze to ge to the dispute page.
Click the item you wish to dispute and you will get more information on the account, then look at the top and you will see a link that says request investigation and click that. From there you can pick your reason for dispute and then you confirm it. You can have the results emailed or a hard copy sent.
You can save the webpage, silly. Just make yourself a folder called "credit stuff." And put anything you want to keep in there.
Thanks, Christi. Got lost there. Hey, I never heard from Franklin Rash at Providian even though they signed for my letter. How long did it take him to contact you?
He called me about the 4th day after the PFB letter was sent to them. I have almost got them paid off, down to $100+ some. He said when I hit -0- I can start charging again and he will have the account updated on all 3 CRA's. However, it does have my new balance showing now vs. the big chargeoff.
maybe hes on vacation. I sent a letter to him on the 18 with my story and asked for a good will removal of my late remarks. No response.
