Nanac and I want to chat privately, and you can tell we are both neophytes at this. If I click on Nanac's name in chat, and it turns blue, and she clicks on mine , and it turns blue...then when we send verbiage to each other, are we the only ones who can see our comments to each other, even tho there may be other people that are in that room? sorry to be such a newbie about this, just want to make certain we know what we are doing...we might want to lol at something that only two middle aged women from texas would find amusing... please email, and I'll look for your answer thank you, thank you, thank you !
Yes that is how it works. Try it out...click on NanaC and yell out "Hey TOM DICK and HARRY!! Can you hear me???" (assuming Tom Dick and or Harry are in the chat room). -Peace, Dave
Hello Maggie, That is how it should work. However, on my end I actually double-click on a name to initiate private chat. Double-clicking causes a new window to open up, separate from the main chat window. Sincerely, pbm
