I signed up for Privista last week (free trial) as a way to monitor my EQ. I received info from my rpt through Sunday 7/7/02. Okay so they run a week behind. Now today, they're saying the info they have for me is current thru 11/18/2001! Is this something they put on the system until they update the current week? BTW it's the same info as they had last week which I know is different than what I had last Nov. 2001.
Hmmm, the same thing happened to me. The only thing I can say is I would NEVER pay for the Privista "service"...
When it happened did you info ever update? Or did it just stay the same? I'm asking b/c I will cancel now as opposed to 3 wks from now if so.
