I wrote Lexington asking if they thought disputing one tax lien would cause the other one to be added to my report. Here is their reply: David, Thanks for the e-mail. If the liens were filed in different counties then I don't see a problem with them putting it on. Should you have further questions please feel free to call or e-mail. --- I am going to let them dispute the old released lien.
