As a member of Truecredit...do you receive a new credit report each month?

You can get it every 24 hours if you update it..

i'm expecting a couple items to be removed and want to see that they actually were removed.....how do "I" update it?
Each time I log in, it is the same report

I use TrueCredit. I've seen it update from time to time. I believe the process is automatic. When you sign in, you'll get that "Checking for new records..." screen that normally says "none found". I've had that pop up with new information several times.

I don't believe there's any way to "force" an update. I suppose if you log in once every 25 hours, you're certain to get a daily update, since it automatically pulls a soft report if more than 24 hours have lapsed since the last login.

    truecredit update

After you log in and pull up your credit report, there is a long box to the right of where your name and address appear on the report. One of the choices under "Related Items" in the box is "update report". Apparently a little known feature that I only found out about when I called to cancel because nothing had updated in about 6 months.
Don't know why it doesn't just happen automatically.
