Hello.. I just got my Skypass Secured Visa in the mail from US Bank today.. As a matter of fact.. I wanted something rea nice and gave them a cashiers check for the maximum amount on the credit card (5000) and it turns out that tey do not give out PIN #'s for secured cards.. Not that I use an ATM much.. But the fact that I need a PIN # to enroll in their Online Banking and be able to to Pay By Internet. Next.. I look on the application and it says "Cash Access at over 400000 ATMs" So how in the world could I even get a Cash Advance at an ATM without a PIN in the 1st place... Something doesn't make any sence..

A friend of mine has the skypass secured. The card reports as a secured card on all CRA's. He did not expect that.

you could go to a bank that accepts it and have them swipe the card for an advance.

Only problem is that I can't enroll in online banking without a PIN
