Question about validation letter

    Hi All,

    I was wondering. I know creditors have 30 days to respond to your letter. I sent a validation letter certified mail RRR. is it 30 days from the date you mail it, or 30 days from the date they sign for it? Thanks.

    It's 30 days from date signed/stamped on green card.

    mmm. thanks mindcrime, that's what I thought. They have untill the end of the month then. They signed for it on 6-28-02.
