I am trying to clean up a mess on my credit report from a previous problem I had posted on here and got some help with. I sent a certified letter, return receipt to a ca, only to have the letter not signed for or picked up. What do I do now? I can't even get them to respond "officially" so I can take care of this. Thanks for any help...ED
