Just a quick ?.. The CA i just filed a small claims suit against does business in my state just a different city.. I filed in my city small claims court... Is this right???
If the transaction or contract originated in the city where you currently live, the venue is correct.
Well the transaction of the original debt occurred in my city and state and when i gave them my cc info to pay on this one perticular acccount only and they put it onto another account in dispute. this was done from my residence..
