You said that you used to work for Cross Country Bank. I have a couple of questions if you do not mind answering. I am currently disputing a 30 day late on my CRs from 3.5 yrs ago (1/99). I was wondering what the chances are that they would verify. And if they do verify, which I expect them to do, are they open to taking off the derog via the goodwill letter. Given their cust. serv track record, I have my doubts! Thanks
It was along time ago - early 1998 - that I worked for them and only for 3 months. I worked for Applied Card Systems which is owned by CCB and they service the credit cards. But, they will probably verify and they are not helpful, so don't get your hopes up. If they do agree to remove it, let us know.
