When you say Exercising your credit, do you mean something like take a free promotional check they send you, Deosit It and Use another Card to Pay it back with a another Promotional deal. Seems like with out the very low offers this can be costly with cash advance fees.
Doug, most of the offers I get, have no fee attached to them and the promotional rate last 6 months or more. I also invest my credit at 19.47% APR. So, I am making money for the duration of the promotion and usually for the whole 11 months, as I do not have many cards that charge more than 19% APR.
