Are you still snowed in out there? I heard they closed DIA, and it sounds like you're north and west of there.
We got to go to work today...BUT they suggest "NO UN-NECESSARY DRIVING" Schools still closed City/county offices closed Many day cares They were still ticketing "STUCK" idiots, or people who can't drive!!! $250!!! AND I'M A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA KID!!! WHITTIER, LA HABRA, BUENA PARK, FULLERTON!!! I had to go to LAKE ARROWHEAD or BIG BEAR to see snow!!! IT IS SNOWING RIGHT NOW!!! I covered the windows on the car...more WET white sloppy tirds on my jacket...
Sounds like the blizzard we had here last month. They were going to fine you $1000 if you were on the road and weren't "essential" personnel. I don't know who defined essential, but I know I'm not one! And now more snow, that's what happened here as well. Even though you're originally from southern CA, sounds like you've learned to handle it. I'll be in Seal Beach and Anaheim next week!
