ahhhhhhhhh Dahhhhhhhhh I been reading my booklet they gave me at small claims court today (guess I should have read it first) it states about the Interrogatories to discover the Judgments Debtors Assets My question is should I have the courts send this out or should I send something out asking the same questions.
No, there's a legal form the court can provide you with or bought at a stationery store. Depending on your state, they will mail it out for you or you might have to have it served thru a processor/sheriff.
