I was just wondering how old your account from American Agencies is? I have an account with them too. Gonna try a validation soon, my sig. isn't all that long.
The account they are trying to collect on is from '98. Since I have been unable to get even the OC to send me anything in writing that shows my debits, credits, and current balance, I really could care less what American Agencies says I owe ) I can say that you could probably get TU to remove simply by disputing as 'NOT MINE', but don't bother with Experian, you must be more clear, LoL. You must tell them, in your dispute, that the ORIGINAL account is not yours. Even still, I bet Experian would find a way to verify. Either TU has crappy reinvestigation procedures (likely), or Experian is just better at contacting people, heh. Oops, I'm ranting...
