LKH, I was skimming over the FAQ that has your lawsuit information and wanted to clarify something. The information says that before you can sue, you must first dispute the information. I have two RMA hard inquiries on my report and would like to send them an intent to sue letter and possibly settle with them out of court. Per the information in your lawsuit section, do I have to dispute this information first or could I go ahead and sue now. I want to get the inquiries and the derogs off of my reports. I know that you are not an attorney, but I figured you would know the answer to this. Your interpretation would be much appreciated. So much to learn! Sirrowawn
