In a post from several months back, I thought I read where you made referance to NCLC (National Consumer Law Center). I am looking to purchase some of their materials for a civil suit I have brought against a local CA. Could you tell me how you liked their material? I am especially interested in their sample interrogatories and wanted to find out if they are helpful. If you do have any info, I would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks, Susitna (email is on)
Amazing stuff. You'll get several types of lawsuit templates written by different attys... you'll get a list of cases and how they're applicable eg: Permissible purpose x, y, z Def: file cases a, b, c etc so you can cross reference cases I think that's where I saw Szwak's info.. but I'm not certain... I've got so much on my other computer now I'm no longer certain where the info came from anymore what else... samples of interogs... and a bunch of other stuff... Included fcra, fdcpa and other types of consumer cases if I remember correctly... def well worth the money...
