    PsychoDoc, Please forgive me for asking you this question however I am having a hard time finding the neccessary info. I would like to know if you could post or e-mail me the version of the Goodwill Letter and the Nutcase letters.

    Hi, Rza, you'll find references to both approaches in the FAQ at this link. Also, from that FAQ, you'll find specific links to the text of the letters, rationales, and testimonials which demonstrate how others have successfully employed both approaches. Good luck, and keep us posted!
