   Roni, I looked at your previous post and had a question:
   
   I had a "Signet Bank" visa account which was charged-off back in 95. It is reported on my CR as Cap1 charged-off.
   
   I wanted to apply for a Cap1 but I'm scared they may try to collect. What would you do?

   Leave it alone. I had the card before it was capital one obviously because capital one was never on my report. Iwas always signet bank on my report. You can apply but not accept the card. But I dont know really.
