Rubyjean, I realize now that you work for MBNA. I am trying to negotiate a settlement with them (please read my other posts...you responded once to me already). I am working with a VP who is reasonable and is trying to help out. BUT, they will not delete information under any circumstances -- whether I pay the full amount or not... Right now, they want 60%, with no CR deletions, 120-150 day late notation with a "settled." Can you say if this is the best they can do? Thanks much...
