I got my TU reports back and a few items were listed as deleted, but some of the deleted items are still listed on the updated report that was included. Does that mean that they are deleted? or not?

    Thanks in advance

Frequently, credit bureaus list accounts on our reports more than once. This is especially true for accounts that have been handed over to collection agencies.

Regarding the accounts that Transunion appears to be deleting, were any of them listed twice? If so, Transunion may have only deleted one of the entries. That means you'll still have to keep after them to get the remaining entry off.

This happened to me with Experian. One of my accounts was listed twice and, when I disputed, only one of the entries was removed.

Anyway, this may not be the case with your Transunion report but I just wanted to offer the thought.

No they weren't listed twice. That is way this is perplexing me. Thanks though
