Let me start off by saying Thanks in advance like i did many,many years ago. I found this site about 9 years ago and used it to help rebuild my credit. There has been a few bumps along the way but i have been ok! Now on to the matter at hand, I am helping my wife out with a few negs on her report and am a little out of practice and had a question. I looked at the inquiries on my wifes report and noticed that There is one from Dynamic Recovery Service. Are they allowed to pull her report? Is this in the inquries section a violation of the FCRA? Thanks again in advance and i will be posting a few more in the coming days!!
Does she have (had) an account with them? Are these requests for credit queries, account update queries, or just marketing queries? Are there any collections showing that this might be related to?
She has a collection account with them. But i was under the impression that they could not pull a credit report whenever they wanted just because there is a collection on her file. Am i wrong? Can they pull a report at their discretion?
