Question on deleting BKs

My BK listing on my reports shows $0 assets and $0 liabilites. Each time I've disputed, I've gotten the same answer - "We aren't required to report that part of it so we don't." Am I the only one who gets this line every time?

For those of you who successfully deleted a BK, what was your reason, method of dispute, and a what time of year?

TMitchell, I am going to give you our stats, but I swear I was no aware of "the smoking gun" until I typed this message. I have disputed everything on our reports multiple times. I haven't really tried to formulate a pattern between CRA's on a single account so this was a surprise.

ME - EXP - Deleted in the summer with no special timing by Jack Schrold's office. I have no idea what they said in their dispute because we received no copies.

ME EQF - Deleted during CHOD by ME!!! I disputed as "not mine" which I have rarely done. I guess timing was on my side.

    ME TU - Still reporting

DH EQF - Deleted beginning of Nov by Jack Schrold's office.

DH TU - Deleted summer by Jack Schrold's office.

    DH EXP - Still reporting

We had hired Schrold's office one time for a few months one time and another time for 3 months. I guess they did a better job than what I thought! I don't know if I would recommend them or not. Their administration absolutely positively sucks! Everything about dealing with them sucks! That is why I fired them. I only joined up again after a manager called and said "so sorry you had such a bad experience, let me give you 3 months free." That was why we had the second time around.

Do what you think is best. I feel strongly that they can't do anything that you can't do for yourself; however, in this particular case, I guess I would have to say they did a better job than I did for us. The public records had been disputed numerous times from every angle I could possibly think of. I only got the one deletion, and it was during CHOD.

OK, thanks. I've been a staunch do-it-yourselfer but the BK is the only thing left that I just haven't been able to beat. The assets/liabilites both show $0 (incorrect) but they won't delete.

I'm banging my head against a wall on this one!

Does Jack Schrold have a website or anything? I may contact them.
