Where does it say you can sue a company for revealing a debt to a third party? Also would this include a message on an answering machine with a business use that revealed there was a NSF check and advising that my DF should consult a "power of attorney" (yes he did say that, I guess he didn't realize you just need to say attorney) or ask the local sheriffs department about check fraud Thanks!!
