On most of my reports, I see lots of non-credit related info.

They have my addresses going back over 10 years on there....including a couple that are not really correct.

Also, there is the typical list of a few different permutations of my name spelled.

Is there a sense that any of this is causing anything BAD? Is there any reason whatsoever to clean it up? Or does having a long address history somehow help the report?

You only need CURRENT ADDRESS...PREVIOUS ADDRESS...and maybe the NEXT PREVIOUS ADDRESS...any others are USELESS.

    NAME MUST BE 100% CORRECT...
    "IF" you are JOHN Q DOE...and they have J Q DOE...JOHN DOE...JOHN Q DOE...JOHN P DOE...JOHN P DOEZZ...JOHN DOER...JONN Q DOE

All the ones in RED can be removed.

Same thing with the addresses...MUST BE 100% CORRECT...

NAME and ADDRESS don't have any POINT VALUE as far as I know...EXCEPT the length of time at address.
