I just got my Credit Report and I found three different collection agencies reporting the same debt.
I have four negatives for 1 charged off credit card. Can they do that? (The original creditor shows a charge off.) If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. You can respond here or email me at mallcrafts@hotmail.com THANKS!

I think that you should start with dispute/validate each with the CRA and the CA that is reporting. Try the sample letters in the forum. Try reading the FCRA and the FDCPA to see if they have made mistakes in your case.

After that, see what is left and try to negotiate at a low % of original debt if not paid yet.
Before you pay, see what is clock on each account, SOL in your state/state where contract was signed and compare with FCRA.

Good luck and post situation after you start validations.

dispute them as duplicates. I haven't had any problems removing stuff that I said was a duplicate. (Even one that wasnt really )
